Warranty & Returns Information

Warranty, Returns, Terms & Conditions


DPE Pedals offer a Limited Warranty for all our original designs (as long as we’re in business) for the electronic parts of our pedals, as long as the product is not used incorrectly in any way (e.g. use wrong power supply, wrong polarity etc.).


The warranty covers problems related to the function or operation of the pedals due to faulty parts and/or problems related to workmanship. For other pedal designs, contact us for warranty information.

The customer is responsible for all shipping to DPE Pedals for warranty claims. 


Due to the hand-made nature of our products: colors, styles, and designs may vary slightly. Any natural occurring flaws on the finish, or the paint, are not covered by warranty. Warranty does not cover things such as; broken knobs,  pots, and jacks due to use. 


*Any modifications to our pedals without prior consent immediately voids all warranty.*


Warranties are guaranteed for first hand purchase only. 

If a pedal malfunctions within the first 90 days the pedal may be returned under warranty for a full refund.


We do repair problems that do not fall within warranty for labor, parts + shipping costs. If you have a non-working, or defective DPE product please contact us and we’ll try to give you the best solution possible.


Returns are accepted within a 14-day window of delivery.

- Items returned that do not differ from item descriptions and original packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee.

- If a pedal is returned in a damaged state the refund will have a 15% restocking fee minus any costs to repair the pedal back to the original condition when purchased.


*Pedals used in a smoking environment are void from all returns.*

The customer is responsible for shipping to DPE Pedals for any returns.
